Abigail compares this process to learning how to ride a bicycle. Progress becomes much harder when all of a student’s attention is focused on the possibility of falling. By helping students focus instead on trying, adjusting, and continuing forward, she helps make learning music feel much more manageable.

Abigail is continuing her education at Boise State University, where she continues developing academically while remaining connected to her passion for music.

Her musical interests extend into theory, history, instruments, and different genres, giving her plenty of ways to connect lessons to a student’s natural curiosity.
